Professor Buel Receives Award
Expert on Domestic Violence Law Cited for Significant Public Service Work
AUSTIN, Texas — Congratulations to our board
member Sarah Buel. Sarah has recently won the Excellence in Public
Interest Award in the faculty category. The award is presented
each year by the Texas Law Foundation, a student group at the
UT Law School that recognizes individuals making outstanding
contributions to the public interest. The award was presented
in February, 2003. Notification was also made public in "Legal
Front," a publication of Texas Lawyer Care of the State
Bar. Congratulations again to Sarah Buel for her recognized achievements
and contributions. |
