AUSTIN, Texas — Milwaukee, WI –
Congratulations to NCDSV board member Judge Marshall
Murray who will transfer to the Misdemeanor Division
of the Milwaukee County District Courts in August 2003.
He will preside in one of four courts that exclusively
handle misdemeanor and felony level domestic violence
