Cause of Death: Woman – an investigative report on violence against women. One in three women around the world is subjected to physical, sexual or some other form of violence during her lifetime. Between 2010 and 2012 we examined the situation in ten countries. In each country we met women who had survived violence and people working for change. With the help of relatives we were also able to tell the story of a woman who had been killed. you can see the result on our website, where you will find 150 articles from all over the world. Domestic Violence Memorial – we are dedicated to honoring the victims of domestic violence related homicide, to providing a voice for their family members and friends, and to promoting validated methods of domestic violence homicide prevention. We look forward to the day that our most fervent wish will come true - that no other family will have to suffer such a profound loss due to the senseless crime of domestic violence.

Homicide Research Working Group at University of Central Florida – forges links between research, epidemiology, and practical programs to reduce levels of mortality from violence; promotes improved data quality and the linking of diverse homicide data sources; fosters collaborative, interdisciplinary research on lethal and non-lethal violence; encourages more efficient sharing of techniques for measuring and analyzing homicide; creates and maintain a communication network among those collecting, maintaining and analyzing homicide datasets; and generates a stronger working relationship among homicide researchers.
